DESIGN & DFM VALIDATION
You send us your 3D CAD model or concept sketch. Our engineers run automated and manual Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFM) checks to evaluate wall thickness, overhang angles, support placement, and mechanical stress paths.
PRINTING PRODUCTION
Parts are allocated across our calibrated industrial printer farm in Hyderabad. We match the part to the optimal technology—whether high-speed FDM with engineering filaments or high-resolution MSLA photopolymer resin.
FINISH & POST-PROCESSING
Raw prints undergo support removal, surface smoothing, bead blasting, chemical vapor treatment (where appropriate), and mechanical assembly or threaded insert installation.
QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Every production piece is verified against the digital CAD specifications. We check dimensional accuracy using digital calipers, test fit critical mating joints, and inspect cosmetic surfaces for layer integrity.
PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
Finished units are carefully wrapped in anti-static or shock-absorbing cushioning and packed into sturdy shipping containers designed to prevent transit fatigue.
CUSTOM BRANDING
We package using your custom boxes, branded tape, thank-you cards, or laser-cut labels. Your customers experience your brand; KRIYA remains your silent production backend.
DISPATCH & LOGISTICS
Orders are dispatched via expedited Pan-India surface or air couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery). Live tracking IDs are automatically transmitted to you or directly to your customer.
